Putting leaders in places where they can be heard.
Founded in 2006, we have worked across categories and international territories on senior management assignments.
We believe in delivering creative solutions to every brief we work on: from how and where we search to helping construct packages that generate long-term stability and success.
Working closely with our clients to really identify what is required, we manage the process with attention to detail and responsiveness, ensuring that each assignment is handled with sensitivity, transparency, rigour and fairness.
We also work with our clients on a range of consultative services. From mentoring to designing and implementing senior management recruitment best practice across global organisations, we can create solutions to vastly differing client needs.
We are proud but discreet about our successes. We hope you get a good sense of our capabilities from this site and hope we have the opportunity to meet in person.

How we operate
Ours is not a complicated business.
For our clients, we understand their business properly and the cultural context in which any role will operate.
We talk extensively to all relevant stakeholders before commencing the search. We will define and develop the role in accordance with business imperatives and benchmark and advise on the remuneration package.
We try to search for candidates in different and sometimes unexpected markets. We will happily point out to our clients that they may need to be more patient in allowing us to search for a bit longer. We develop candidate synopses aligned to the stated objectives of the role. We maintain a dialogue that is regular, personal and straightforward.
We will advise and coach interviewers. We will brief our candidates thoroughly so that there are no surprises along the way.
We will lead the negotiation with the successful candidates with an appreciation of what will best serve both parties in the long term. We will help set KPIs and other performance metrics and validate the lead candidates experience through thorough reference checking.
Above all we will try to be straight with candidates and clients. Short-term expediency does not mean long-term gain. Common sense coupled with thoroughness should always prevail.
Recent searches have included CEO, CMO, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of e-commerce for the brands below. More importantly, all of the clients listed are available as references.
